A Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is a software solution designed to streamline and automate the management of laboratory processes and data. It enhances efficiency by tracking samples, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis, all while providing a centralized platform for managing laboratory operations, from sample tracking to generating detailed reports.

LIMS are highly specialized software solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of individual laboratories, which often makes their development a complex and time-intensive process. Developers must work closely with laboratory management to fully understand workflows and ensure the system's effectiveness.

Recently, after months of intensive collaboration and development, we completed a fully customized online LIMS for ABIOTECHLAB, a commercial laboratory that meets the criteria of the Serbian Accreditation Committee (Serbian: Akreditaciono Telo Srbije (ATS)).

Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) serve as essential bridges between users and complex codes or programs, providing an intuitive and visually engaging way to interact with software. By simplifying the user experience, GUIs make it possible for individuals, regardless of their technical expertise, to efficiently operate sophisticated systems. The design and development of GUIs require a deep understanding of both user needs and the underlying code, ensuring that the interface not only looks appealing but also functions seamlessly. Recently, we have been focusing on creating custom GUIs that enhance user accessibility to advanced programs, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

So far, we have developed dozens of online GUIs, enabling scientists to use state-of-the-art scientific codes directly from their browsers without the need for installation or maintenance. These GUIs allow scientists to perform molecular calculations on our remote server in seconds. Notably, our GUI solutions have automated renowned scientific programs and codes for molecular modeling, such as ORCA, xtb, Multiwfn, MOPAC, and Packmol. We have also developed desktop GUIs for working with ORCA and xtb programs, further enhancing accessibility and efficiency in computational research.

As scientists working in the fields of physics, chemistry, and materials science, we frequently encounter large volumes of data. This is where data science techniques become invaluable, helping us to understand the underlying mechanisms we investigate. In this context, we not only apply various data science techniques to analyze data, but we also offer fully customized online tools for data analysis.

Recently, we conducted training in statistical analysis and, for this purpose, developed a finely tailored online application specifically designed for statistical analysis. It features carefully crafted tools requested by our clients, allowing us to bypass the need for expensive desktop solutions and significantly reduce software licensing costs.

Recently, we developed an online app for querying through the databases of the Stanford top 2% lists of the most influential scientists worldwide. These lists, produced annually, contain around 200,000 rows and 30 columns of data, and are crucial for the classification and ranking of scientists.
